If only XD

So yesterday..wednesday..everyone was celebrating our last Wednesday night out before school begins!

For me, PV is one of my weaknesses,not proud of it,but I'd rather admit it then try be cool and go and end up doing something I'll definitely regret..XD and I'm really taking God seriously..more than I ever have actually!So I really didn't want to ruin it...but Bett convinced me that it would be OK if we stuck together..and I convinced Elaine...so Bett,Elaine,Achie,Rob and I met up at the millennium chapel first,prayed then made our way to meet the others!Yes,temptations did come my way...but you know what?I really believed God would satisfy me without me drinking excessively!So I had 2 drinks in all,and we danced quite 'modestly' I would say!I was so happy and felt really good about it!

If only everyone tried it the God way....it doesn't mean we have to succeed every time,but at least we could try!

Anyway I wrote this sort of poem XD

I want to please you,
To try and keep you smiling
In everything I say and do.

Let Me...

I'll come to the title soon enough.
There are 3 weeks left for school,which means in 3 weeks a 2-year course begins and ends with a-levels which determine if you're going to university or not.Stressful enough? =)

Last night us school girls reunited on ghadira bay.Not exactly the reunion I had in mind but at least I got to see some of my good friends,and I did laugh towards the end!
Coming to the title..

So,as some of you know 'Let me' is the original name to mine and bett's song, it's basically a cry out to god in pain but trusting him at the same time...a lamentation.

That song is exactly how I'm feeling at the moment,so I'll leave you with the lyrics and I really ask that you pray them,and let God do what He has to do =)

Greetings fellow loved children of God =)

Last week,I was flipping through my metal bible,when I realised a small ant running around between the cover and the pages. I tried carrying him out,but he just wouldnt stay still!I knew that if I closed my bible,he would be squashed...so,with my bible upside down,I'm praying he would fall out,even if he hurt a bit as he landed,but atleast he wouldn't waste away..

And then...a comparison comes to mind!God so desperately wants to save us,but we so humanly stubborn our way through it,ignoring Him,and running away from Him!Then it comes to the point where it's going to hurt a bit but atleast we'll be saved!

Point of this...?
Stop running..stop being scared and for once in your life,will you trust in God?Will you just let Him pick you up and carry you through it?...

So wherever or whoever you are Mr.Ant...God loves you and wants to hold you =)
